The error is resolved when 'rname' added.

It seems that the field "sales_rep_id" is misconfigured.

The errors happens because there is a field which has the attribute "link" but has not the attribute "rname". That is what happen to fiel "sales_rep_id".

Double check it.

Can you kindly share the cached Accounts vardefs? The file is located at cache/modules/Accounts/Accountvardefs.php
