Matt Marum

I need run an after save logic hook on Call records on mobile. Basically we need to take the value in the Description field of the Call record and prepend it to the Description field of it's parent record. We would only want to do this on new Call records created by mobile users.

We've used the after_routing logic hook to determine if the record was saved on mobile. However, we can't figure out how to tell if it's a new Call record or an update.

We've also tried an after_save logic hook for Calls, but couldn't figure out how to tell if the record was created by mobile.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
