&lt;p&gt;AFAIK, &amp;quot;development&amp;quot; is more about coding new things, currently unavailable, while &amp;quot;configuring&amp;quot; is about setting up the current platform to perform the expected.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If to go through the list of questions asked, a lot of them seem to be solvable with configuring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those probably might be referenced in the corresponding Best Practice sections too, bringing the examples of Sugar platform capabilities and solutions available to both current and future Sugar users and admins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope this makes sense.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="https://sugarclub.sugarcrm.com/aggbug?PostID=1742&amp;AppID=56&amp;AppType=Weblog&amp;ContentType=0" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
