When deleting (using the application action for delete in the UI) a Note which has an attachment (let's say an old email Note, which has an image typically found in an email footer) - is the attachment automatically deleted from the uploads dir?

Also we've just added the Data Archiver in 10.3 - this provides a really easy way of performing some back end processes.

One remark from our experience with On-site Sugar as well as involving support when clearing Cloud instances - don't forget to directly request for the shrinking of the database on data deleted in DB
