SugarClub Login Authentication Issues and Brief Data Loss - February 9-11

On 9 February 2024, starting at 4:54pm PST/7:54pm EST (10 February 2024 12:54 UTC), scheduled maintenance was being performed on SugarClub. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, this work caused significant issues to our Single Sign-On/Authentication/Login functionality, halting the ability for SugarClub members to log in (members who were already logged in were unaffected). 

Due to the severity of this issue and the length of the expected time to fix it, the decision was made to revert the site to a backup taken before this maintenance on 9 February. As this work was performed outside of standard business hours, data loss during the roll-back was minimal, however, any content (forum posts, comments, direct messages, etc.) created after the backup is currently unavailable. Our team is working on recovering as much of that content as possible, but the possibility of this is unknown at this point.
